Dear Dr Fudin – I have CRPS after a burn and with neuropathy type symptoms. I am starting chemo with meds that can cause neuropathy. Any suggestions on how to lessen the neuropathy with taxol and not aggravate the cprs? Your work is so important and you have done so much to help so many. Thank you for your career of service and passion to pain management! I’m a huge fan

Diane,  You can prophylax against neuropathy by using vitamin C 500mg once per day, vitamin D 4000IU once per day, and tumeric 500mg one per day. Check with your doctor prior to starting these.  Good luck!!!
