I have been in pain management and taking oxycodone for 6 years. My pain management dr wants me to try epidural steroid injections again and I refused because they didn’t work before when he tried. My question is can he dismiss me as a patient if I constantly refuse the injections

Yes, but he also has a professional responsibility to taper your opioids if dismissed, or at least to give you a reasonable amount of time to find another clinician.
