I am prescribed percocet through a pain clinic. I recently took a random uds and it came back as presumptive positive for cannabinoids. Then it was sent for a more extensive test and came back positive at 22ng. I do not do marijuana. How can it be positive?

It would not be positive on a definitive test unless you ingested some. One possibility is using CBD that is not pure, and that’s consistent with the level.
